The Preserve at Broad Creek is comprised of 50 masterful Koch Homes’ fashioned in colonial style. Neighbors take pride in their homes and can often been seen out doing yard work or helping out around the neighborhood green spaces. These wooded areas abut a conservation easement of the northern situated homes which allows for wildlife to flourish. It’s not uncommon for residents to catch sight of a white tailed deer, red fox, or even a bald eagle while out for a walk. There is more to be seen just a short stroll down the tree lined path to the residential dock with access to Broad Creek and beyond to the great Chesapeake Bay. Residents can enjoy fishing, bird watching or even kayaking from the dock. Prospective residents will find friendly neighbors often outside walking their dogs, riding bikes with their children or just enjoying the sunshine. The community is overseen by a resident operated Home Owners Association (HOA) which holds annual meetings with active neighborhood representation. |
